– Right of Withdrawal for Product Deliveries

For orders placed exclusively via https://www.stylish.luxury, the law on distance selling applies.

When purchasing products, you have the right to cancel the purchase agreement without stating a reason within 14 days of receiving your order. This period starts the day after you receive the product.

During this period, you must handle the product and packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether you wish to keep it.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are specially made to order for you, such as upholstered furniture and custom-made items.

Your return shipment must be carried out in accordance with the instructions below.

– Conditions for Withdrawal (Webshop Only)

If you exercise your right of withdrawal:

• The product must be returned in original, unused condition, with all supplied accessories and in its original packaging

• Return shipping costs are at your own expense

• Refunds will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receiving your return

– Cancellation/Refusal of Orders

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, incorrect prices are displayed on the website, Stylish reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders containing incorrectly priced items, provided the error is identified within 24 hours of the order being placed.

In such cases, the customer will receive:

• An immediate refund of any incorrectly paid amount

• The option to place a new order at the correct prices
